Documentation to be presented by the interested party:
-Unsubscribe request
-Documentation that certifies the identity of the owner or owner
Physical persons:
-National Identity Document in force.
-If the applicant is a non-EU alien "Permit or Residence Card".
-If the applicant is a citizen of the European Union NIE (code composed of an "X" or a "T", 8 digits and a letter, which serves to identify non-nationals) and the identity document of their country.
-If the applicant is a minor: original DNI in force of the minor, and DNI of the mother or father together with the Family Book or the DNI of the legal guardian together with a document proving the guardianship.
-If the applicant is an incapacitated person, legal representation document in case of incapacitated persons issued by a judge.
Legal persons:
-You must prove your identity through the original of the CIF, along with the ID of the individual who represents it. In order to avoid that the Representatives of the legal entities have to bring to the installation the original documentation that proves that they have the power to act on their behalf (deeds, powers of attorney, etc.), a Representation Document of Legal Entities can be used.
Documentation accrediting the property of the applicant (if not the owner):
If the owner or owner has died, the applicant must present the will, Declaration of Inheritors or deed of inheritance award resulting in the title of property of the applicant or Declaration Responsible for Death *.
*
1) This declaration must be presented in all cases in which a definitive withdrawal is requested due to the death of the owner, unless the successful bidder chooses to present the documents that prove the award and, if there is more than one, the conformity of the rest of adjudicators.
2) If this declaration is presented, NO WILL ORDER, declaration of heirs, particior notebook or document certifying the awarding of the vehicle will be requested, nor will the presentation of the document of conformity be required if there is more than one heir, each time that these extremes have already been declared in the declaration provided by the interested party.
In short, the applicant will only have to provide, in addition to the documentation common to the process of definitive discharge, the RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION, a photocopy of your ID or NIE and a document that certifies the death of the owner, without it being necessary to prove kinship with the owner deceased through a family book or similar document because it is not a requirement to be awarded the vehicle.
If the applicant is not the owner, he must present a document proving ownership of the vehicle (purchase agreement, invoice, etc.).
Circulation Permit and Vehicle Technical Inspection Card
If these documents have been stolen, a copy of the complaint filed will be necessary and if they have been lost, a sworn statement from the owner or possessor who so indicates will be necessary.
Of all these documents photocopies may be submitted provided they are certified by a notary public (in no case a bank).
